Holisol prepared a thorough research methodology for the project. First, we conducted a complete analysis of agricultural production and consumption data. Second the production area were mapped PAN India to analyse the hub and spoke structure. Third, a multi modal transit hubs connected by rail and road were analysed and proposed. Finally, a business model was proposed which segregated various operations and reflected sources of revenue.
