Our customer is a hyper-local delivery company, operating in Dubai, providing last mile fulfilment services to food, grocery, online and offline retail.
Customer’s challenges & requirements:
Since the hyperlocal market is large and unstructured, the problems accompanying it are also vast. Our customer faced the problem in managing delivery operations in terms of receiving orders, managing hundreds of riders on the road, providing real time delivery updates and settling invoices in the end. Their other challenges included:
- On demand deliveries
- Inefficiency due to the manual placement of fleet in the high demand orders
- Cash on delivery reconciliation
- Manual management of rates for different zones

Our Solution:
We introduced & implemented Hyperlocal Delivery System (Tawseelah), a tool designed for managing the hyperlocal deliveries. With this system, we digitalised customer’s operational activities and assisted in –
- Wallet System implementation
- Transaction level settlement with merchants & drivers
- Real time update of wallet amounts of all delivery boys and the merchants
- Payment Settlement for the delivery boys and the merchants
